独活寄生汤加味结合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生260例疗效观察

Observation of Therapeutic Effects with Jiaweiduhuojisheng Decoction Combined with the Acupunture Therapy in 260 Cases of Hyperosteogeny of Lumbar

目的:观察中草药和针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生的联合作用及疗效。方法:中药内服和外用,针刺夹脊、环跳等穴。结果:独活寄生汤加味结合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生可以用于临床,疗程短,效果明显。260例骨质增生患者186例活动恢复正常,54例明显好转,腰部疼痛减轻,腰部活动功能部分恢复17例,无效3例。结论:独活寄生汤加味结合针灸治疗腰椎骨质增生疗效显著。

Objective：Observation the the action in union and the therapeutic effects in chinese medicine herb chinese herba combined with acupunture therapy for hyperosteogeny of lumbar. Method：With the chinese medicine for internal and extranal use,and combined with needle to acupunture the points of Jiabei and Huantiao. Result：It can be used in clinical because of the treatment have the adventage of short in treatment and obvious effects,in 260 cases of hyperosteny,186 cases were recovered completely in activity,54 cases were taken a ture for the better improve,3 cases no effects. Conclusion：There are obvious effect that Jiawei Duhuo Jisheng Tang combined with acupunture therapy in patients with hyperosteogeny.
