医用可吸收内固定螺钉治疗内踝骨折17例疗效观察

Treatment of ankle fracture by absorbable internal screw fixation:Efficacy of 17 cases

目的：探讨使用医用可吸收内固定螺钉治疗内踝骨折的临床疗效。方法：采用医用可吸收内固定螺钉治疗内踝骨折17例。结果：17例均获随访，进行6～24个月随访，踝部骨折采用王栋梁评分标准等综合功能评估标准，优16例，良1例。结论：医用可吸收内固定螺钉治疗内踝骨折操作简单易行，手术创伤小，关节功能恢复理想，避免二次手术，减轻了患者的心理压力和经济负担。

Objective：To explore clinical efficacy in the use of absorbable internal screw fixation for ankle fracture. Methods.The absorbable internal screw fixation was applied in the treatment of 17 cases of ankle fracture. Results：All the 17 eases were followed for 6 to 24 months, and the WANG Dong--liang＇s comprehensive functional assessment score criteria showed 16 eases were excellent and 1 case was good. Conclusion： The absorbable internal screw fixation for the treatment of ankle fracture is simple, with less surgical trauma and avoidance of the second operation, thereby reducing the patient＇s psychological stress and economic burden.
