Preparation of Astragaloside capsule and its quality standards

目的:研究黄芪皂苷胶囊的制备工艺及质量标准。方法:采用大孔吸附树脂法对黄芪皂苷进行分离,以黄芪甲苷为标准品,选用香草醛——高氯酸发色体系,采用可见分光光度法对黄芪皂苷进行含量测定。结果:确定了黄芪皂苷胶囊生产工艺并制定其质量标准。结论:大孔吸附树脂制备黄芪皂苷的工艺和质量控制的方法是可行的。

Objective： To investigate the preparation ot astragaloside capsule and Its quality stanaarcls. Methods：Astragaloside was separated by using D--101 resin and astragaloside was used as standard material and vanillic aldehyde --perchlorci acid as color system, and and astragaloside was determined by visible spectrophotometry. Results：The astragaloside capsule production process and its quality standards were established. Conclusion：The preparation of astragaloside with D-101 resin and the established quality standards are available.
