β-环糊精接枝棉织物的工艺研究

摘要 用环氧氯丙烷在碱性条件下将β-环糊精接枝到棉织物上,并探讨了接枝机理、接枝方法及最佳工艺。研究结果表明,环氧氯丙烷能将β-环糊精接枝到棉织物上,环氧氯丙烷接枝棉织物的工艺为:棉织物:环氧氯丙烷:10mol/LNaOH=1:8:2(重量比),反应时间3h,反应温度45℃;环氧化织物接枝β-环糊精的工艺为:环氧化棉织物:β-环糊精:10mol/LNaOH=1:1.1:20(重量比),反应温度为40℃,反应时间为3h。 P-Cyclodextrin is grafted onto cotton fabric with epichlorohydrin in alkaline conditions,and grafting mechanism,methods and optimum technology of it are studied. The results showed that P-Cyclodextrin can be grafted onto cotton fabric with epichlorohydrin,and its process conditions are as follows: cotton fabric: epichlorohydrin: sodium hydroxide(10mol/L) is 1:8:2 by weight ratio,reacting 3 hours at 45℃;and the optimum technology of grafting epoxidized cotton fabric with P-Cyclodextrin is as follows:epoxidized cotton fabric: P-Cyclodextrin: sodium hydroxide(10mol/L) was 1:1.1:50 by weight ratio,reacting for 3 hours at 40℃.
