Direction and Countermeasures for Western Resource-based Industrial Adjustment in New Period

结合西部资源型城市产业发展实际,立足产业国际发展态势和产品需求的变化趋势,从城市经济可持续发展角度入手,在对西部资源型城市产业结构战略调整背景分析基础上,指出新时期产业调整的目标导向是立足特色资源和特殊条件,推动特色产业的现代化,并针对性地给出融合现代资源认识、依托抓带跨越战略、形成有效的产业链接机制、建立"公司+园区+矿山"的组织形式以及强化制度改革等建议。

Based on the variation tendency of international resources industrial development and demand of resources products, this paper combined reality of resources industrial development to analyze background of structure adjustment. And point that goal orientation of adjustment is promoting the industrialization of idiomatical resources industry on the characteristic resources, then proposed several suggestions with a clear aim, such as fusing cognition of Modem resources industry, relying on the catch and cross strategy, form an effective link mechanism for industry, establishing organization the organizational type of ＂company ＋ zone ＋ mine＂ and strengthening resources industry system reform.
