摘要
目的:观察鳖甲煎丸抗乙肝后肝纤维化作用的机制。方法:将确诊患者48例随机分为治疗组(24例)和对照组(24例),对照组西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服鳖甲煎丸。结果:治疗组血清TGF-β1、PDGF、IL-1水平比治疗前均有明显下降(P<0.05),但对照组下降不明显(P>0.05)。治疗前,治疗组与对照组血清IFN-γ无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组血清IFN-γ含量显著增加(P<0.05),而对照组血清IFN-γ水平与治疗前比较无明显变化(P>0.05),与治疗组比较差别有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:鳖甲煎丸对调整肝纤维化患者血清TGF-β1、PDGF、IL-1、IFN-γ水平有一定作用,调节免疫,抑制炎症因子释放,可能是其抗肝纤维化的作用机理之一。
Objective: To observe the mechanism of Biejiajian Pill against HBV -induced liver fibrosis. Methods: 48 diagnosed patients were randomly divided into treatment group (24 cases) and control group (24 cases). The control group were given con- ventional Western medicine, the treatment group with Biejiajian Pill on the basis of the treatment of treatment group. Results : Serum TGF - β1, PDGF, IL - 1 levels were significantly reduced compared with that before treatment ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there were no significant decline in the control group ( P 〉0. 05 ). Before the treatment, there were no significant differences ( P 〉 0.05 ) for the serum IFN - γ of the treatment group and control group. After the treatment, the level of serum IFN - γ were significantly increased (P 〈 0.05 ), while the serum IFN -γ levels of the control group had no significant change( P 〉0. 05 ) compared with that before the treatment. There were no significant differences compared with that of the treatment group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Biejiajian Pill has some role in regulating TGF - β1, PDGF, IL - 1 and IFN - γ levels of patients with liver fibrosis. Ajusting the immunity and inhibiting the release of inflammatory cytokine may be one of the mechanism against HBV-induced liver fibrosis.
