摘要
考虑目前工程实践中缺乏一种科学有效的方法来计算叶片转角与调节杆行程的对应关系,推导了轴流泵叶片转角与调节杆行程的关系方程式,并根据其边界条件的特点建立了该关系的图解方法,分析总结了叶片转角与调节行程的变化规律,最后用两种典型泵作为实例对其进行了分析和验证.
Considering that there is no scientific and effective method for calculating the relationship between blade angles and regulation stroke for axial flow pumps at present,an equation for calculating the relationship between blade angles and regulation stroke are corresponding graphic method are established.And then we analyse and summarize the relationship between blade angles and regulation stroke for axial flow pump.Finally,two cases studies are given.
