摘要
针对地震作用下砌体墙容易开裂、延性较差和混凝土墙刚度过大易导致薄弱层向上转移等问题,提出在房屋底层设置刚度可调、延性良好的新型抗侧力构件——密肋复合抗震墙,形成底部框架-密肋复合墙上部砌体结构,从框架-复合墙受力特点、框架与复合墙协同工作模型、复合墙有效刚度等方面对其抗震性能进行了详细分析,结合相关试验给出了底部框架密肋复合墙房屋结构实用抗震设计方法和构造措施.
In order to solve the problems under earthquake action as follows: the masonry wall is easy to crack and its ductility is bad,and rigidity oversized of concrete wall is easy to cause on the weak story to shift upwards,we propose to arrange a new type anti-lateral force component with adjustable rigidity and good ductility in the bottom layer.This paper analyzes its aseismic performance in detail,included stress characteristic of frame-composite wall,and the work model of frame cooperating with wall,and elastic equivalent stiffness and effective rigidity of multi-ribbed wall.Based on some related experiments,practical aseismic design method and detail measure of the structure are presented.
