脑卒中偏瘫住院患者心理状况的相关研究

Correlational Research on Mental Status of Hospitalized Patients with Stroke Hemiplegia

目的:探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者各类心理问题和创伤后应激症状及各种情绪问题。方法:发放事件影响量表-修订版问卷(IES-R)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行调查。结果:①偏瘫患者创伤后应激障碍3大症状平均分都在2.5分以上,焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、恐惧、强迫、精神病性因子评分高于常模,人际关系低于正常人(P<0.05)。②闯入性再体验、回避反应、高警觉反应和症状自评量表中各因子均呈正相关。结论:脑卒中偏瘫患者会出现一定程度的创伤后应激症状和多种情绪问题,其中以焦虑、抑郁和躯体化最常见。

Objective：To explore various types of psychological problems, post-traumatic stress symptoms and a variety of emotional problems in patients with stroke. Methods：Investigated by impact of event scale-revised questionnaire 0ES-R） and symptom check List-90（SCL-90）. Results：（1）The average score of 3 major symptoms for stroke patients with post-traumatic stress disorder is more than 2.5 points.The score of fear, depression, somatization, coercion and psychosis factor are higher than normal people, but the score of interpersonal relation is lower than normal people （P〈0.05）. （2） The re-experience of entrance, avoidance response, high-alert response and SCL are related to each other. Conclusion：The stroke hemiplegia patients will come into being some post traumatic stress symptoms and lead to a variety of emotional problems in a certain degree. Among them,the symptoms of anxiety, depression and somatization are the most common.
