加味胶艾汤治疗放置IUD所致的月经异常68例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Modified JiaoAiTang in Patients with Menstrual Abnormalities Resulted from IUD:a Report of 60 Cases

目的:观察胶艾汤加味治疗放置IUD所致月经异常68的临床疗效。方法:加味胶艾汤水煎分2次服,1剂/d,10天后观察疗效。结果:总有效率为94.12%。结论:诸药合用,补血而不腻滞,活血而不妄行,且能养血止血,达到了以养为涩,标本兼顾,防塞留瘀,寓破于养的目的,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the effects of modified JiaoAiTang in Patients with Menstrual abnormalities resulted from IUD in the treatment.Methods：The patients received modfied JiaoAiTang, daily potion.Results：The total effectiveness reached 94.12% .Conclusion：Modified JiaoAiTang was made up of donkey-hide gelatin, artemsia argyi, angelica, ligusticum wallichii, peony, sanchi powder, madder and radix glycyrrhizae preparata.Modified JiaoAiTang can not only enrich blood and invigorate the circulation of blood, but also nourish blood and stop bleeding.It is worthy of application and dissemination.
