推拿配合中药热敷治疗肩周炎124例

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Combination Massage and Herb Fomentation in Patients with Periarthritis

目的:观察常规推拿按摩配合中药热敷治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将骨伤科248例肩周炎患者随机分为2组,治疗组124例,采用推拿按摩配合中药热敷疗法;对照组124例,采用推拿按摩手法。疗程为1个月,比较两组疗效及肩功能恢复情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.7%,对照组总有效率为64.5%。2组治疗后指标比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示治疗组关节功能改善优于对照组。结论:采用推拿按摩方法配合中药热敷治疗肩周炎能改善肩关节功能,疗效优于单纯推拿按摩组。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of combination traditional Chinese medicine massage and herbal fomentation treatment for patients with periarthritis.Methods：248 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group （124 cases） which received traditional Chinese medicine massage and herbal fomentation treatment and control group（124 cases） which received massage.The efficacy and shoulder functional recovery were compared after one month. Results：The total effective rate was 92.7% in the treatment group and the total effective rate was 64.5% in the control group.The shoulder function in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment, and there were statistically significant in the indicators of two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）.The treatment group was better than the control group in improving joint function.Conclusion：Combination massage .and herbal fomentation treatment can improve shoulder function for patients with periarthritis.The clinical efficacy of combination treatment is more effective than single massage therapy.
