摘要
在医院建立编外用工制度,是新时期我国医疗卫生事业发展的真实需求,是改进我国医疗卫生服务水平的内在要求。各类编外用工管理模式中人才派遣模式体现了巨大的优越性,在我国医院管理中具有可行性,而构建增强人员归属感的制度体系是充分发挥人才派遣作用的重要保障。
The establishment of supernumerary employment system of hospitals is a new era of medical and health work in the real demand and is a inherent requirement in improving the level of medical and health services. Personnel dispatch reflects the tremendous superiority of the hospital management in various types of management mode of supernumerary employment and is feasible in the Chinese labor management model.The constructed system of personnel belonging to dispatch will play an important role in safeguarding human resources.
