摘要
数控车削编程刀尖点与切削点不重合是影响零件加工精度的重要因素之一。为满足数控加工高精度制造的要求,需对刀尖圆弧半径进行补偿。文章通过分析刀尖半径对零件加工精度的影响,介绍了消除刀尖半径对零件加工精度影响的方法及注意事项。
The ideal point and the cutting point don't superpose in NC turning programming, affects one of components working accuracy important attributes. To meet the need of high accuracy in NC machining, we should compensate the tool nose radius. By analying impact of tool nose radius to the workpiece accuracy, introduced the method of eliminating the tool nose radius to the workpiece accuracy impact and the matters of needing attention.
