摘要
电解金属锰在高纯氮气下,采用中温氮化烧结法,在较高真空度的氮化炉内制备高氮氮化金属锰。结论:在750℃~950℃,氮气压力为0.20~0.25MPa下反应2~5h,得到的高纯氮化锰中氮含量高达8%~10%,其产品性能明显优于市场上同类产品。
