基于平衡计分卡的民办高职院校的可持续发展研究

The research of the private vocational sustainable development based on the Balanced Scorecard performance management thinking

近十几年来,我国民办高职院校发展迅猛,培养了一大批社会需要的高技能人才,为我国经济发展做出了积极贡献。但在发展的过程中,民办高职依然面临发展不稳定,发展路径模糊的困局。文章结合人力资源管理的平衡计分卡战略绩效管理思想,对民办高职院校的发展现状进行了深入的解剖和分析,并提出了民办高职可持续发展的战略建议。

Over the last decade, private vocational schools of China have been rapidly develop, which trained a large number of social needs highly skilled personnel for China＇s economic development and made positive contribution. However, private vocational schools are still facing instability and the development path of ambiguous predicament in the course of development. Because I have many years of teaching and management experience in vocational education, this paper combines with the Balanced Scorecard performance management thinking of the strategic human resources management on the development status of the pri- vate vocational colleges, which conducts in-depth anatomy and analysis, puts forward the strategic recommendations of the private vocational sustainable development.
