制造业企业信息化对工艺创新能力影响机理的实证研究

Empirical Study and Affect Mechanism of Manufacturing Enterprise Informatization to the Technological Innovation Ability

基于协同学理论的战略观点,将工艺创新的影响因素划分为技术及非技术要素,并将技术、市场、资金投入、人员、文化、管理、组织等影响因素整合在一个理论模型中,提出了制造业企业信息化对工艺创新能力影响机理的概念模型,并以黑龙江省102家企业为研究对象运用结构方程模型进行检验和修正。研究结果表明,制造业企业信息化促进了工艺创新中技术因素与非技术因素的协同,进而对工艺创新能力产生积极影响。

Based on the synergetic theory, factors affecting the process innovation are divided into technical and non-technical elements. Technology, market, capital investment, personnel, culture, management, and organization can be integrated into one theoretical model. A mechanism model of influence that the manufacturing enterprises informatization has on the process innovation capacity has been proposed. A structural equation model is used and the mechanism model of influence is checked and amended based on the analysis of 102 enterprises in Heilongjiang province. The results indicate that manufacturing enterprise informatization can promote the synergy of technical factors and non-technical factors in the process innovation, which in turn affect the ability of process innovation.
