我国智力资本及其创新能力评估——基于20年面板数据的实证研究

Appraisal on Intellectual Capital and Innovation Capability:An Empirical Study Based on the 20 Years' Panel Data of China

对我国1988—2007的智力资本水平和创新能力进行了评估。首先对区域(国家)智力资本和区域(国家)创新能力进行了概念界定,并设计了一套测度指标体系,继而在数据收集与处理的基础上对我国20年的智力资本水平和创新能力采用因子分析方法进行了分层评估,最终得到我国20年的智力资本指数和创新能力指数。

This paper evaluates the level of China＇s intellectual capital and innovation capability in the period of 1988-2007. Firstly, it defines regional （national） intellectual capital and regional （national） innovation capability, then it designs a set of measurement indicators of them, followed on the basis of data collection and processing, the intellectual capital level and innovation capability of China＇s 20-year were evaluated using factor analysis methods, finally the intellectual capital index and the innovation capability index of China＇s in the period of 1988-2007 were calculated.
