摘要
采用SMA表面施胶剂,在不同湿度的非涂布原纸上进行表面施胶,研究原纸湿度对喷墨打印纸性能的影响。结果表明,原纸湿度为40%时,喷墨打印纸的性能最佳:在纸张物理性能方面,能够降低透气度、Cobb值,提高平滑度,对纸张白度和不透明度的损失较小;在喷墨打印性能方面,能够增强印品的色密度,扩大暗调呈现范围,提高墨点清晰度,改善色彩还原性。
SMA surface sizing agent was sized on uncoated papers of different humidity for studying the influ ences of humidity of base papers on properties of ink-jet printing papers. The results showed that the performance of ink-jet papers was optimized when the humidity of base papers was 40%. In the aspect of paper physical properties, the porosity decreased, smoothness and Cobb value increased while the whiteness and opacity were affected little. In the aspect of ink-jet printability, the color density of printed matters enhanced, the range of shadows presented expanded, the dots resolution raised, and the color reproduction improved.
