摘要
用溶液培养法研究了镧对酸雨胁迫下酸雨敏感植物番茄种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,40mg/L氯化镧对酸雨胁迫下番茄幼苗的保护效应较好,稀土元素镧的施用,可使细胞膜脂过氧化程度及质膜透性下降,叶绿素含量增加,SOD活性下降,减弱了由于酸雨胁迫所导致的POD活性的下降幅度。表明适当浓度的镧对酸雨胁迫下番茄的种子萌发和幼苗生长起到了保护作用。
Based on solution culture, the auther studied the effect of La on tomato seed germination and growth under acid rain stress. The experiment results showed that the low concentration of La could promote the seed germination and growth of tomato, and the high concentration could inhibit the seed germination and growth of tomato. The seed germination was mitigated by La under acid rain inhibition, and the fit concentration was 10 mg / L. The effect of La on seedling growth under acid rain stress was studied. After treated with La, cell membrane permeability and the malonaldehyde (MDA) content were reduced. The chlorophyll content and the activity of the superoxide (SOD) were increased. And it could weaken the decline of POD activity under the acid rain stress. The experiment results showed that the seedling growth under acid rain inhibition was mitigated by La, and the fit concentration was 40mg / L. The experiment illustrated that the seed germination and growth was mitigated by the appropriate concentration of La under the acid rain stress.
