菜豆生理指标和产量相关性的研究

Correlation Analysis of the Yield and Physiological Characteristics of Kidney Bean

以菜豆为试材,对菜豆幼苗生理指标和产量进行了比较及相关性研究。结果表明,在供试的4个菜豆品种中,将军油豆的综合表现最好;相关性分析结果表明,菜豆产量与SOD活性,POD活性,光合速率,干物质含量呈正相关关系,与叶片和根系电解质外渗率呈负相关关系。

Comparison and correlation analysis of physiological characteristics and yield of kidney bean（Phaseolus vulgaris L.） were studied in this paper using four kidney bean varieties as materials. The results showed that the physiological characteristics of P. vulgaris cv Jiangjunyoudou was better than that of other varieties. Moreover, the correlation analysis revealed that the SOD activity, POD activity, net photosynthetic rate and dry matter content were all positively correlated to the yield, while electrolytic leakage rate of leaves and roots was negatively correlated to the yield.
