合欢种子萌发对不同光强遮阴处理的响应

The Response of Seed Germination of Albizia julibrissin to Different Intensities of Shade Treatments

研究了合欢(Albizia julibrissin)种子萌发对不同光照强度遮阴处理(55.44% NS、21.12% NS、3.47% NS和0.86% NS)的响应情况。结果表明,4个遮阴处理的合欢种子萌发率分别为42.2%、65.6%、37.8%和32.2%,其中21.12% NS处理的种子萌发率极显著高于其他光照处理(P<0.01)的。虽然适度遮阴有利于合欢种子的萌发,但随着遮阴程度的增大,种子的萌发指数和幼苗活力指数均持续减小,而且萌发进程延迟。

The germination response of Albizia julibrissin seeds to different shade intensities （55.44% NS, 21.12% NS, 3.47% NS and 0.86% NS） in shade house were studied. The results showed that the final germination percentage under 4 shade treatments of different light intensities were 42.2%, 65.6%, 37.8%, 32.2% respectively and the germination percentage with 21.12% NS treatment was higher significantly than all other treatments （P0.01）. Moderate shade treatment was in favor of A. julibrissin seed germination, but both the germination index and vigor index decreased consistently with the reduction of light intensity and the germination process was delayed.
