摘要
在不同浓度NaCl对枸杞无菌苗下胚轴诱导产生耐盐愈伤组织的存活率、相对生长量及其稳定性进行了研究,结果表明:当NaCl浓度为0.8%,继代筛选次数为6次时愈伤组织的存活率趋于稳定,且生长状态良好,耐盐性能保持相对稳定。
The callus induced from hypocotyl aseptic seedling of Lycium barbarum L. was treated by different concentrations of NaCl to test their survival rate, the relative growth and their stability. The results showed that survival rate of callus for NaCl-tolerant callus induction had stead, the gained Lycium barbarum L. callus had steady NaCl-tolerance, and they grew very well, when the suitable concentration was 0.8% for NaCl-tolerant callus selection and the most optimal subculture times were 6.
