几种处理对厚朴种子活力的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用氢氧化钠浸泡、温水浸泡、研磨3种方式处理厚朴种子,研究不同处理对厚朴种子萌发的影响。结果表明,用1 mol/L NaOH浸种2、3h处理对厚朴种子的发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势影响极显著,1 mol/L NaOH浸种1h对厚朴种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势无显著影响,而1 mol/L NaOH浸种4h对厚朴种子发芽率、发芽指数、发芽势有极显著影响(P<0.01)。50℃温水及研磨处理使厚朴种子的发芽率、发芽势有所提高。1 mol/L NaOH浸种4h是最佳处理方式。 The aim is to study the effects of some treatments on characters of seed germination of Magnolia officinalis. The seeds of Magnolia officinalis were treated by grinding seed coat, soaking the seed with 1 mol / L NaOH solution, soaking the seed in warm water (50℃) and put them in constant temperature foster box at 25℃ to accelerate germination so as to study their effects on germination of Magnolia officinalis seed. The results showed that soaking the seed of Magnolia officinalis in 3 h, 2 h with 1 mol / L NaOH had remarkable effect on germinating rate, germinating index and germinating energy, the treatment in 1h had little effect but treatment in 4 h had significant effect on them with 1 mol / L NaOH (P0.01) . Both the germinating rate and germination energy of the Magnolia officinalis seed treated with the warm water(50℃) and grinding seed coats were improved. Soaking seeds in 4 h with 1 mol / L NaOH is the best treatment method.
