摘要
利用色度学原理对云烟97在初烤过程中的颜色变化规律进行了初步的研究。结果表明,在四段式烘烤工艺下,烟叶的外观颜色在1931CIE-XYZ色度系统中呈现出镰刀状的变化规律,对实现工艺阶段的温湿度自动变换具有重要作用。
A preliminary studies on the color change law of Yunyan 97 at the beginning of flue-cured tobacco process based on the principle of colorimetry were carried out in this paper. The results indicated that the tobacco color changed in the sickle-shaped law in the 1931CIE-XYZ color system under four-step flue-cured process, which was very important for the realization of control temperature and humidity automatically in different process.
