Increasing Investment in Science and Technology:the Key to Sustainable Development of Economy in Hebei Province

采用定性研究和定量分析相结合的方法,借助灰色相对关联度技术,对近年来河北省的科技投入与经济增长的相互关系进行了实证分析。在此基础上,找出科技投入中对经济增长影响最大的因素,对于把握未来河北省科技投入的力度、方向,提高科技投入的经济效益,进而推动河北省经济、社会大发展具有重要的理论和现实意义。

Positive analysis was conducted by using the technique of relative gray relational analysis and combining quantitative and qualitative analysis, based on the data of investment in science and technology and economic growth in Hebei province. The factor which had the greatest impact on economic growth was found among those factors in science and technology input. It would be of great theoretical and practical significance to grasp the direction and intensity of science and technology input in the Hebei province, and to improve the economic benefit of science and technology input, so as to promote the progress of economic and social development in the province.
