石油开采业成本控制研究

The Research on Cost Control of Petroleum Exploitation Industry

成本是衡量企业竞争力的关键指标,是油田效益、管理水平的主要体现。面对来自世界各超级石油巨头愈发激烈的竞争,如何有效做好成本控制工作成为石油企业解决自身更好生存发展的最主要问题,也是石油企业增强竞争力的重要措施。分析石油开采业现行成本控制工作中存在的问题,提出了进一步有效控制油气成本的建议性对策,以增强我国石油开采业在市场中的竞争力。

Cost is a key indicator on the measure of the competitiveness of enterprises,it is the main embodiment of the field efficiency and the management level.Facing with the fierce competition from the world's super-giant oil increasingly,the most important issue of the oil companies is how to effectively control the cost for solving their own survival and it is also the important measures for the oil companies to enhance the competitiveness.In this paper,we will identify the cost control problems on the oil industry.We propose the measures to effectively control the cost of oil and gas extraction,in order to strengthen the competitiveness of China's petroleum mining industry in the market.
