探讨了人才测评和人才素质的标准,提出了几种现代人才的测评方法,介绍了这些方法的优缺点,并对未来人才素质测评的发展趋势做了论述和展望。
The article discusses the quality of human resources, puts forward several methods of modem talent evaluation standard, introduces the advantages and disadvantages of these methods, as well as disscusses the trend and outlook of the talent evaluation development.
