摘要
新产品开发活动对企业发展存亡有着至关重要的作用,然而国内外新产品开发失败率居高不下。本文从理论上分析了影响企业新产品开发活动失败的原因。分析结果表明,导致企业新产品开发活动失败的原因主要包括企业家导向不足、资源分配不合理、无效率的知识管理、不恰当的内部控制系统、对环境动荡的不适应性五个方面。
New product development plays a critical role on entrepreneur development, however, there is a high failure rate in new product development. This paper analysis the causes from different theories, and the analysis results suggests that low entrepreneur orientation, improper resource allocation, ineffective knowledge management, inappropriate internal control system, and the inadaptability to environmental turbulence will lead to the failures of new product development.
