碘分析方法研究概况

Overview of Methods for Iodine Analysis

碘缺乏病仍严重威胁着人的身体健康。当人体严重缺碘会导致甲状腺肿大,生育率降低,婴儿死亡率上升;当人体内碘含量高于某一水平时,会导致人的智力和抵抗疾病的能力下降。因此碘的分析方法是人们极为关注的问题。目前已见报道的有几十种方法,本文仅对目前常用的方法作一总结。

Iodine Deficiency Disorders（IDD） continues to pose a serious threat to the people＇s health.Population effects of severe iodine deficiency,termed iodine deficiency disorders（IDDs）,include endemic goiter,hypothyroidism,cretinism,decreased fertility rate,increased infant mortality,and mental retardation.The method of iodine analysis has recently become a matter of great concern.This is only commonly used method in recent years to make a conclusion.
