摘要
针对城市污水处理厂项目的特点,系统介绍了建设期中厂址分析、进水水量与水质的分析和污水处理工艺流程分析等评价重点;运营期中尾水对受纳河流的环境影响和恶臭对周边环境的影响分析等评价重点;以及城市污水处理厂末端的污泥处理/处置问题。最后,提出只有合理的对城市污水处理厂进行环境影响评价,才能为环境保护管理部门和设计部门提供有价值的参考意见,并充分发挥其应有的社会效益和环境效益。
Based on the wastewater treatment plant project characteristics,this paper systematically introduces the focuses on environmental impact evaluation such as building site analysis,water quantity and water quality analysis,wastewater treatment process in the construction period;such priorities of evaluation as analysis of tail water＇s impact on the receiving rivers and the impact of odor on the surrounding environment in operating period are also explored during construction period;as well as the end of the wastewater treatment plant sludge treatment/disposal problem also explored.Finally,it is pointed out that only reasonable assessment of environmental impact for urban sewage treatment plants can provide valuable advice for environmental management and design departments and give full play to its proper social and environmental benefits.
