A Dream of Red Mansions Review, written by Wang Guowei on the basis of his western philosophy, is an integration of tragedy conception. This paper tries to investigate the theoretical context of tragedy conception in background, the way of thinking and ultimate solutions, so that Mr. Wang＇ s integral framework of tragedy conception can be clearly seen.
