摘要
比较设计师参与产品战略决策与传统决策方法的差异,分析了传统高度分析和定量产品战略决策缺失设计参与的不足,论述了迭代、用户为中心的设计方法能够补充传统分析方法严密性上的不足,进而实现更为准确、更富弹性的战略方案的评估可行性。在此基础上,提出了一种新融合设计方法的产品战略决策方法,并从改进的商业案例和体验体系2个方面验证新决策方法的优势。
It compared the differences between new products strategic and traditional decision methods. By analyzing of shortage of the traditional high degree of analytical and quantitative product strategy,it demonstrated the feasibility that the iterative,user-centered design methods could make up the inadequate of traditional methods and realize more accurate and more flexible assessment. On this basis,proposed a new design method of product strategy decision making, and verified the advantages of the new one from business case and experience system.
