Discussion on Xi’an Streetscape Design with Traditional Cultural Symbols

从造型、色彩、材质、隐喻等方面分析了传统元素在西安城市景观中的应用,不仅使道路设施具有地域特色,同时也是对西安历史文化的传承,使城市文脉得到延续,而且有利于城市形象的建设以及文化的发展,从而达到西安城市"唐皇城复兴"城市整体风貌的要求。

From modeling,color,material,metaphor aspects,it analyzed the traditional elements in Xi’an city landscape application,which not only would enable the street facility to have own region characteristic,simultaneously but also to the Xi’an history culture inheritance,enable the urban arrangement to obtain the extension,moreover is advantageous to the urban image construction as well as the cultural development,so as to meet the requirements of Xi’an city ＂the Tang palace revives＂ urban overall style.
