精密光学透镜薄壁镜筒类零件表面残余应力研究

摘要 时效处理和金属切削用量对零件的表面残余应力有着重要的影响。通过时效处理和改变金属切削用量,对比实验件表面残余应力的改变,研究了时效处理和切削用量对精密光学透镜薄壁镜筒类零件(零件材料:硬铝合金2A12-T4)表面残余应力的影响规律,并进行了理论分析。根据研究结果,对车削与时效工艺提出了一些指导意见。 Both the aging treatment and metal cutting regime have great influence on surface residual stresses of machine parts.Taking the thin-walled,tube-type parts of precision optical lens(material: 2A12-T4 aluminum alloy) as experimental parts,we studied the aging treatment and cutting regime's effects on surface residual stresses of them by means of making aging treatment,using different cutting regimes,and comparing the changes of the surface residual stresses.Theoretical analysis was given.Some suggestions are presented for turning and aging processing techniques based on the result of study.
