摘要 在"柠檬"问题的影响下,农产品市场已然陷入质量安全的低效率均衡。为了促使农产品市场从质量安全的低效率均衡转化为高效率均衡",柠檬"问题必须被解决。此文围绕农产品市场"柠檬"问题的解决,系统地梳理了国内外的相关研究文献,并在此基础上展望了该问题的研究前景。 Agricultural produce market falls into low efficiency equilibrium of food quality and safety under the influence of "Lemons" problem. It is necessary that "Lemons" problem existing in agricultural produce market should be resolved to promote transformation of the market equilibrium from low efficiency of food quality and safety to high efficiency of food quality and safety. This paper attempts to give a systematic summary on the "Lemons" problem existing in agricultural produce market and its countermeasures from the perspective of food quality and safety, and corresponding research prospects are put forward.
