摘要
为明确壳聚糖对苹果梨黑斑病的抑菌作用机理,利用壳聚糖在体外对致病菌互隔交链孢(Alternaria alternata)菌的抑制作用进行了研究。在离体条件下,采用观察生长法,研究了不同浓度壳聚糖对互隔交链孢孢子萌发、菌丝生长、菌丝形态的影响。结果表明:6.0mg/mL的壳聚糖可明显抑制Alternaria alternata孢子萌发,达79.54%;径向生长抑制率达85.89%。当壳聚糖浓度为3.0mg/mL时,菌丝开始变形,由原来的细长形变为念珠状,并有局部肿大现象。这说明,在离体条件下,壳聚糖对Alternaria alternata的生长有明显抑制作用,并影响菌体的形态。
The inhibition of chitosan on Alternaria alternata in vitro was initially investigated. Spore germination, the radial growth and morphological changes of the hyphae of A. alternata was observed. Results showed that 6.0 mg/mL chitosan inhibited spore germination of A. alternata by 79.54%; inhibited the radial growth by 85.89%. Chitosan of different concentrations induced morphological changes of the hyphae, and when the concentration reached to 3.0 mg/mL, the hyphal morphology began to change. And the hyphae changed from long and thin to bead-like, and also partly swelled.
