摘要
以330份不同来源的河北省玉米地方品种为分析材料,对12个农艺性状进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果表明:河北省玉米地方品种不同个体间各性状均有明显差异,变异系数较大,其中,穗位高的变异系数最大(28.52%),千粒重和株高次之(变异系数分别为26.73%和19.32%)。聚类分析将参试材料划分为5个类群,类群与品种来源地无明显关系。主成分分析结果表明:穗位高、株高、生育日数、主茎叶片数、穗长、穗粗和千粒重,是造成河北省玉米地方品种农艺性状分化的主要因素。
Televe agronomic traits of 330 maize local varieties in Hebei Province were studied by the principal component analysis and cluster analysis methods.The results showed that there were obvious differences in the agronomic traits of different varieties the variation coefficients were large,and those of ear height,1 000-grain weight and plant heitht were 28.52%,26.73% and 19.32%,respectively.The varieties were divied into five groups,and there was no significant relationship between group and the varieties' origins.The result of principal component analysis was that the ear height,plant heitht,growth period,leaves number on stem,ear length,ear diameter and 1 000-grain weight were the main fators of genetic differentiation of agronomic traits.
