开发区土地集约利用评价研究评述

Review on Evaluation of Land Intensive Use of Development Zone in China

实现开发区土地集约利用是缓解当前旺盛的建设用地需求与耕地保护矛盾的根本途径之一,也是土地可持续利用的必然要求。在有关开发区土地集约利用评价的内涵、理论依据、评价方法、评价指标体系和潜力测算等方面的研究已取得了不少成果,在综述相关研究成果的基础上,对我国未来开发区土地集约利用研究的方向进行了展望。

The land intensive use of development zone is not only one of the basic ways to release the contradiction between the great demand of construction land and cultivated land protection,but also the inevitably demand of sustainable land use.The research achievements in the connotation,theories,evaluation method,evaluation index system and potential estimation of the evaluation of land intensive use of development zones are reviewed.The research direction of land intensive use of development zone in China is prospected.
