农村文化建设存在的问题及其对策

农村文化建设是农村精神文明建设的重要组成部分,是建设社会主义新农村的重要内容。农村经济的发展、政治的进步,都要求农村文化的发展与之相适应。近几年,农村文化建设虽然取得了一些成绩,但还存在着基础设施落后、农民日常生活单调、专业人才匮乏等问题。要解决这些问题就要采取开发农村地区人们的主体意识、传承农村地区原有文化和培育新文化、经济扶持和文化扶持"两手抓,两手都要硬"等对策。

The rural culture construction is an important part of rural spiritual civilization construction,and the important content of new socialist countryside construction.The economy development and political progress demand the corresponding rural culture.Although some achievements in rural culture construction are obtained in recent years,some problems still existed such as backward infrastructure,bald daily life of peasant and lack of professional talents and so on.The countermeasures are put forward inculding developing rural people＇s subject consciousness,inheriting rural original culture,cultivating new culture,and providing economic and cultural supports.
