结合态GA_3的间接酶联免疫吸附测定研究

Study on Indirect ELISA of Binding State of GA_3

利用GA3-7免疫家兔得到的抗血清,建立了检测结合态GA3的间接酶联免疫吸附测定方法（ELISA）。免疫抗原与包被抗原用最常见的DCC活化羧基与蛋白质相联。检测极限为12.3 ng/mL,线性范围12.3~1 000 ng/mL。抗血清与GA3的交叉反应率为2.3%,与GA4、IAA、ABA和ZR的交叉反应率均很小。

The indirect ELISA of binding state of GA3 was established using antiserum obtained by immunizing rabbits with GA3-7 antigen.GA3 was coupled to bovine serum albumin（BSA）via C-7 as antigen（GA3-7-BSA）in the preparation of anti-gibberellin antiserum.The detection linear range of methylated GA3 was from 12.3 ng/mL to 1 000 ng/mL.The cross reaction rate of antiserum with GA3 was 2.3%,which was very little with GA4,IAA,ABA and ZR.
