摘要
介绍了随机截尾情况下计算样本失效概率的两种方法,并编写了Matlab函数.提出了利用Matlab的非线性最小二乘曲线拟合函数对服从Weibull分布的随机截尾数据进行曲线拟合和参数估计的方法,并编写了相应程序.计算结果表明,在Matlab中只需少量代码即可获得较好的拟合效果和估计精度,比用其他计算机语言编程更简单而实用.
Introduced two methods of calculating failure probability samples under random censored data and write the Matlab function. Proposed using Matlab nonlinear least square function fitting curves and estimation of the parameters of Weibull distribution method and write the program. The results show that in Matlab only a small amount of code it can get better fitting efficiency and accuracy, more than the other computer language programming simple and practical.
