云南9个产地台地茶与老树茶香气成分对比 被引量:25

摘要 对云南9个产茶区的不同台地茶和老树茶的香气成分进行提取,通过GC-MS分析以后,经过对不同台地茶之间、不同老树茶之间、台地茶和老树茶之间的香气成分含量对比分析,得到一些结论,同时认为不同台地茶和老树茶的香气成分含量各有不同,不能简单的从成分含量的高低来判断普洱茶的优劣。 In this paper, the aromatic constituents of Tableland tea and Old plant tea of 9 areas of Yunnan are collected, which are analyzed by GC-MS. We can get some results by comparing the quantity of the aromatic compounds through the Tableland teas, the Old plant teas and between the Tableland teas and the Old plant teas of 9 areas of Yunnan. We find the quantity of the aromatic compounds is different, and cant's simply judge which one is better than others by the quantity of aromatic compounds.
