小反扭藓原丝体的发育特征与油体形态研究 被引量:1

摘要 探讨小反扭藓原丝体的发育规律,为研究该藓的个体发育、人工培养和探讨生活史提供新的数据和资料。在配置改良的Knop营养液,接种用75%的酒精溶液消毒3min孢蒴的孢子,选取孢子萌发、原丝体发育和配子体发生过程中的9个主要特征,对小反扭藓的原丝体发育特征进行了分析,并进行显微照相。结果表明,孢子第2天开始萌发,6天时,孢子的萌发率已经达到90%。原丝体系统由绿丝体、轴丝体和泡状原丝体组成。原丝体发育过程中形成空细胞使原丝体断裂,无假根;油体的大小没有大的变化,位置发生了移动。此藓孢子的萌发类型为光藓型,原丝体的发育特征是其对生长环境长期适应的结果。 This paper provides new data and information to study the law of the development of small anti-twisted ontogeny moss and explore its life cycle and artificial cultivation. Put in the modified Knops nutrient solution with 75% alcohol solution of 3 rain spore capsule of the spores, spore germination was selected in the process of the nine main features, which were analyzed and micro graphed. The results showed that spores began to grow in the first two days. At the sixth day, the spore germination rate had reached 90%. Protonema system was composed of green silk body, axial filament body and bubble-like protonrma. Empty cells were formed with fracture, and without rhizoid. In the development process location was shifted, no main changes occurred about the size of oil bodies. This type of spore germination was classified as moss type. The characters of the growth of protonema were the results of long-term adaptation.
