烯效唑促进苹果果实着色的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了提高寒光苹果果实的着色程度并提高果实的品质和产量,在果实成熟前用已筛选出的200mg/L的外源烯效唑(S3307)对果实进行喷施处理。通过对果实成熟过程中果皮几种色素及果实糖、酸、几种激素含量的连续测定和分析比较,探讨外源S3307促进果实着色的生理机制。结果显示:S3307处理促进了果皮花青素合成和叶绿素降解,提高了果实可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白的含量,提高了果实的百果重。分析认为:S3307处理通过改变果实成熟过程中激素的动态平衡而促进着色。S3307处理使果实GA3和前期ZR的含量减少,使IAA含量在一定的时期增多,使果实前期ABA含量减少而到采收时激增,在果实成熟过程中增大了ABA/GA3值。 200 mg/L of Uniconazole was used to improve fruit coloration, quality, and yield before fruit ripping of Hanguang apple. S3307 treatment reduced GA3 content and ZR content of early days, increased IAA levels in a certain period, decreased pre-ABA content but increased gently ABA content in the harvest period, and increased ABA/GA3 ratio In the process of fruit ripening.
