根结线虫对不同砧木黄瓜嫁接苗根系生理生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Root-knot Nematode on the Physiological and Biochemical Indexes in Cucumber Seedling Grafted on Different Rootstocks

摘要 对感染南方根结线虫的嫁接和自根黄瓜植株根系的各项生理生化指标进行了测定。试验结果表明,根结线虫侵染后,嫁接苗根系活力、保护酶(超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化物酶POD、过氧化氢酶CAT、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶APX)活性均高于自根苗,而电解质渗漏率和丙二醛(MDA)含量低于自根苗。不同砧木嫁接苗的抗线虫能力也不同,6种砧木嫁接苗的抗线虫能力依次为DTT-RS-39>改良火凤凰>崛京隆>火凤凰>优清台木>黑籽南瓜。 The physiological and biochemical indexes were studied in cucumber seedling roots grafted on 6 rootstock varieties and self-rooted cucumbers infected by Meloidogyne incognita. The results showed that the protective enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT, and APX) activities and root activity of the grafted plants were significantly higher than those in the roots of self-rooted plants, while the electrotyle leakage and the content of MDA is lower. Nematode resistance of cucumber seedlings grated on different rootstocks were different, and the tolerance size is DTT-RS-39 〉 Modified-Fiery Phoenix 〉 Juejinglong 〉Fiery Phoenix 〉 Youqingtaimu 〉 Black Seed Pumpkin.
