摘要 为了明确植物生长调节剂及矿质营养对东方百合种球膨大和增殖的影响,采用叶面喷施的方法,对围径分别为6cm和9cm的东方百合种球在膨大期喷施不同的植物生长调节剂和磷、硼等矿质营养,结果表明:50~100mg/L浓度的6-BA对2种规格的种球膨大均有较大的促进作用,以6-BA浓度为100mg/L时对鳞茎围径增大效果最佳,当6-BA浓度达到200mg/L时,种球的围径反而小于6-BA浓度为100mg/L的处理;喷施NAA的影响为:鳞茎围径变小,NAA浓度在5~20mg/L内小鳞茎数增加、平均小鳞茎围径变小;同样喷施6-BA100mg/L时,喷施磷酸二氢钾2g/L+硼酸2g/L,鳞茎围径大于未喷施的,小鳞茎数、平均小鳞茎围径和平均小鳞茎鲜重都高于未喷矿质营养的处理。 In order to realize the influence of plant growth regulator and mineral nutrition' s such as P, B on the enlargement and proliferation of Oriental Hybrid bulb, and 9 cm perimeter during the enlargement period. use the methods of spraying it on the leaves with 6 cm The result showed: the perimeter of these two specifications bulbs is more bigger with spraying the concentration from 50 to 100 mg/L of 6-BA , increasing effect perimeter with spraying 100 mg/L 6-BA is the best, the perimeter with spraying 200 mg/L 6-BA is smaller than that of 100 mg/L6-BA; The effect with spraying NAA showed: The perimeter of bulb reduces, The number increases and the average premeter reduces of bulblets with spraying the concentration from 5 to 20 mg/L of NAA, The effect of spraying 100 mg/L6-BA in like manner showed: The perimeter with spraying KH2PO, 2 g/L +H3BO3 2 g/L is bigger than that of untreated one; the number of bulblets, the permeter of the average bulblets and the average fresh weight of bulblets are all better than that of untreated one.
