摘要 为有效解决鲍鱼菇市场菌种名称异常混乱的现象,对全国16株常用鲍鱼菇栽培菌株进行SRAP-PCR、RAPD-PCR扩增,从电泳图谱上选取特异片段,成功转化成SCAR标记,通过构建的4对SCAR特异性引物,将这16株鲍鱼菇菌株分为5类,有效地解决了鲍鱼菇市场上常见的"同种异名、同名异种"现象。为鲍鱼菇核心种质的构建和资源的科学保存提供了依据,并为规范生产和产品质量标准的制定奠定了基础。 In order to solve the chaotic phenomena of naming Pleurotus abalonus variously in the market, 16 Pleurotus abalonus cultivating bacterial strains which is commonly used in China are mainly analyzed by SRAP-PCR and RAPD-PCR amplification, and then the special segments are choosed from the eleetrophoretogram, the segments are transformed into SCAR markers, and further classified into 5 categories through the 4 pairs of SCAR particular primers, so as to settle the chaos of giving various names to the same kind or going to the contrary in the Pleurotus abalones market. The author not only provides the evidence for the foundation of the core classification of Pleurotus abalonus and the scientific record of the relevant resources, but also lays a foundation for the product standard rate establishment and for the standardized manufacture.
