摘要
随着城市化进程的加剧和人们休闲保健意识的增强,森林游憩业发展迅速,森林保健资源的开发和利用迫在眉睫,亟需相关的理论知识和具体实践加以指导和规范。本文根据中国外森林保健资源的研究现状,提出确立森林保健资源的定义及内涵,并主要对森林保健资源中的研究热点-空气负氧离子和植物精气的研究成果加以总结,重点综述植物精气空气负离子的影响因素、保健作用及植物精气的提取技术、抑菌作用、保健作用的相关研究,并对其中出现的问题和解决方向进行了探讨。
With the process of urbanization and people＇ s taking more care of health in their leisure time, forest tourism has made fast development , and the use of forestry healthcare resources has become urgent .It needs much more relevant theoretical and practical guide. Therefore based on the present research of forestry healthcare resources internationally and domestically, this article advises to establish the definition and connotation of forest healthcare resources and mainly reviewed the present progress of negative air ions and plant volatiles. Special emphasis is given to the affecting factors, heahhcare effect of negative air ions and the exaction technique, antibacterial activity and heahhcare effect of plant volatiles. The main problems in the past work and the direction for the future research were also discussed.
