摘要
为了揭示板栗雄花败育的发生机制,以3年生雄花败育板栗为试材,研究了其雄花序生长动态及雄花梢叶片的生理生化特性。结果显示,败育类型的雄花序从5月6日基部逐渐变黄,到5月8日开始脱落,最大长度仅为1.73cm,极显著短于可育品种(系);雄花败育板栗叶片中POD、SOD、CAT活性及MDA含量都比可育品种(系‘)燕胜’、‘燕龙’高,因此推测保护性酶活性的增加与板栗雄花序败育有密切关系。
In order to revealed the initiation mechanism of male inflorescence abortion of Chestnut, the growth dynamics of male inflorescences and some physiological and biochemical characteristic of male sterile chestnut leaves on shoots of three years old tree were investigated. It turned out that the base of male inflorescence on the shoot turned yellow gradually on 6th, May 2008 and fell on 8th, May, and the length of male inflorescence was 1.73cm and significantly shorter than that of fertile varieties. SOD, POD, CAT activities and MDA concentration of male inflorescence abortion chestnut leaves were all higher than that of fertile varieties-Yansheng and Yanlong. Therefore one of the physiological and chemical reason that caused chestnut male inflorescence abortion might be the increasing of the protective enzyme activities.
