Advances in Study on Farmland External Benefit Valuation

耕地农用不仅产生私有品性质的效益,也可提供公共品性质的外部效益,后者往往未能较完全的内在化,容易导致耕地损失。开展耕地外部效益评估研究,既可增强公众对耕地及其外部效益重要性的认知,又可为耕地保护激励补偿政策提供依据。综述了国内外对耕地外部效益的内涵及评估案例研究,旨在为中国耕地外部效益评估的深入完善提供参考,促进耕地保护。

Farmland not only produces the benefit of private goods, but also provides external benefit of public goods. The latter often fails to fully internalize, which easily leads to loss of farmland. The study on farmland external benefit valuation will enhance the public knowledge about the importance of farmland, and be acted as base for farmland incentive compensation policy. This paper reviews the definition study and valuation case study of external benefit at home and abroad for intensive study in China to help protect farmland.
